Through this channel you can, according to the ‘Whistleblowers Directive and Belgian law of 28 November 2022’, report a possible breach of Nordic Collection against the European or national law. In treating your complaint we highly respect the protection of reporters as stipulated in the relevant legislation.

You can make a report via this form regarding one of the following topics:

• Violations relating to consumer protection, product safety – and information, transport safety, environmental protection, food and feed safety, animal health and welfare, public health, personal data protection, network and information systems security, combating tax fraud, combating social fraud, financial services, prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, public procurement, radiation protection, nuclear safety
• Violations affecting the EU’s financial interests or concerning the EU market competition and state aid rules.

Your report can be done entirely online, or you can use the form to schedule an appointment (live, online or by phone). Our HR team will handle your complaint confidentially, and will do so within the legally stipulated period of 3 months.
