Get to know the Nordic Collection team

All Nordic Collection employees share one thing: a passion for travel and an active life in nature. This passion translates into craftsmanship and expertise. It is based on personal stories and experiences that the most beautiful dream trips are realised.

Nordic Collection is originally a Belgian company. However, our quest for innovation and growth does not let us stagnate. We are now also active on the Dutch and German markets. As a result, we are pleased that our team is also becoming more international. In addition to colleagues with different backgrounds, our company language is officially English.

On the road with the team

Of course, if you want to stand out as a travel specialist, you have to know your destinations inside and out. That’s why each team regularly goes out on prospection to get to know their particular destination better, discover new areas and cultivate relationships with local partners. Because we believe company cannot function without the people in it, a good atmosphere within the different teams is especially important to us here at Nordic Collection. That’s why once a year every team leaves for “workation”: a combination of work, workshops, teambuilding and a whole lot of fun.

Unwinding after work

A strong team that gets along with each other and grows from colleagues to friends is a top priority at Nordic Collection. We want to get to know each other, as well as celebrate our successes together. Besides, we would never say no to a drink and some snacks after an eventful day at work. Thus, fun company events and casual after-work events are regularly on the agenda at Nordic Collection. Whether it’s celebrating the launch of a new market, exercising together, or simply enjoying good food while having interesting conversations. There is always something to celebrate!
